am so happy that i was able to see some of my girls on wednesday even if it was without poetry. not like i am going to start a new gratitude list or anything.. but damn... it was good to laugh about nothing, no one, everything and everyone. you know?
i won't go into their business, but i did check on my boys.. i am extremely worried about them both. i have seem them when others believed they were down. but people often underestimate his silence, and his overzealous exterior, they are tough men in a world of boys... hustle and b.. my heart's with you.
last night i didn't realize what the lapse in time would do... and hell, it jacked me up a bit. i received quite a few phone calls with people asking where the hell were we, and even someone colorfully stating, "it wouldn't shit in that lot but the parking lines." which i thought was hella funny.....
tomorrow, i am going to do one of the things i look forward to most all year... two days of track.. i pray the gods will allow us to have the same beautiful weather tomorrow and saturday....

The fellowship was much needed and I'm glad I have such close friends, sisters, and Aunties to make me see the brighter side of things...have you been practicing your ASL? LOL
